HOW DO I TRACK AN ORDER?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. To track the order, you can visit: Trackingmore or directly at your local courier's website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Then, when the item has left our supplier, you will receive another email with the shipping information and tracking number.
Please allow 24-72 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT'S NEXT?
ANDRO Cosmetics has made it a priority to track packages for better accountability. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please look and ask around, as they may have been delivered to the wrong address/person. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We take costumer service to heart and will do our best to assist you; however ANDRO Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a service ticket with them.
DO YOU ASSUME IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by ANDRO Cosmetics. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
3. GENDERLESS POLICY
WHAT DOES GENDERLESS MEAN?
ANDRO's definition of genderless is that there is no specific gender attributed to something, someone, a policy, etc. Furthermore, there is no reference to a specific gender in any internal and external communications, product descriptions, whether it be verbal or in writing.
HOW DO YOU APPLY THAT POLICY?
We offer a range of genderless cosmetic products without marketing it to a specific gender. That means, no gender biased descriptions and features, no gender specific images and ads (some body parts, such as lips, may be shown for the sole purpose of demonstrations).
WHY A GENDER POLICY?
We believe that gender is a social construct... Why should a specific gender not be able to use a product? We believe that it's totally absurd. Plus, we do not believe that gender only refers ''men'' and ''women'', there's much more in between and some people don’t identify to either (non-binary).
